Security does an amazing job of providing courtesy service while tending to what is sometimes a difficult population. Slot attendances very courteous and kind, valet team typically positive and quick, restrooms clean, Reward Center and Cashiers kind and friendly. Existing staff quick to confirm this as you are seated so we aren't angry with them for our wait (once seated). Floor housekeeping services blunder thru to keep the bottles and ash trays off the floor (tripped on them twice) Sand HIll Cafe consistently short staffed with long seating waits when one can look in and see the empty tables they can't fill due to do no wait staff. Sierra in Valet rude and uncommunicative the day there was a problem which was clearly due to staffing shortage. However, past three months overall hospitality is awful. I visit frequently and consider the play to be fair.
